EASTER SUNDAY 21st APRIL
Our Easter weekender culminates on Easter Sunday with a very special day and night celebrating disco and good times.
During the day we are focusing on the children. We are serving up fabulous street food, inside and out on our giant terrace, we have our private karaoke room open to children to sing free of charge to all their favourite songs. We have face painting, a mocktail bar and the incredibly versatile and legendary DJ Andy Smith with very special guest and collaborator Nick Hawkes will be DJing for a very special "Children's disco". Yes all children under 8 are welcome to come along and dance. There will be a bubble machine, lights and volume at a very acceptable level for our precious littluns.
Then Andy and Nick bring their legendary "Reach Up Disco wonderland" club night to The Hook in the evening. The nationwide club night and festival favourite has a soundtrack dropping 80’s boogie, disco and proto house, evoking the spirit and dipping into the soundtrack of legendary NYC clubs such as 'Paradise Garage’ & 'Studio 54’. A night highlighting the sounds that emerged as the 70’s, turned into the 80’s and the DNA of club music as we know it today. The music starts at 8pm and runs until 1am.
The Hook opens at 12pm midday on Sunday, and food will be available from then until 9pm in the evening.
The Children's disco is from 3-5pm, the Karaoke room is open from 12pm until 6pm for children as is available for hire thereafter until 11pm.
The bar is open throughout. We will also have our Cocktail bar open upstairs for the children until 6pm.
Free entry all day.
